I’m Jess! I’ve healed my body, lost stubborn weight and have stayed effortlessly lean for 3 years…but it wasn’t always that easy for me. Like many, I yo-yo dieted my entire life, up-and-down 10-20 pounds, unaware of my food addiction and what “healthy” foods were doing to my body.

Carnivore Changes Everything.

For much of my adult life I’ve been involved in every diet and fitness regimen there is to try to get snatched. I’d save calories for treats (the macro way) furthering my food addiction, I’ve become super lean (at the expense of my health)…I’d think I was getting all the nutrients in my big-ass-salads but my body couldn’t absorb and use them (hi, poor gut health!). I’ve triathloned, powerlifted and kettlebelled my way to trying to get toned and see that athletic physique when really my NUTRITION was to blame.

Something had to change.

I stumbled across the carnivore diet and everything changed, friends. Everything. The more I uncovered, the more I found that carnivore gets to root cause of healing for so many diseases in our modern day; metabolic disease (diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease), inflammation, autoimmune, mental health, etc.

I lift weights, walk daily, enjoy no anxiety and fuel myself with foods that feel amazing…I’m finally free from food noise.
