Are you ready to take your strength training to the next level? Whether you’re brand new to lifting weights or a seasoned athlete, my Virtual Strength Coaching program will help you reach your goals with a customized, progressive approach tailored just for you.

This program is designed to fit into your life—whether you train from home or at the gym. Using my app, you'll have access to your personalized workout plan, complete with form videos and cues to ensure you feel confident and capable at every step. You’ll have all the tools you need to build strength, hit your targets, and avoid injury.

We start with a 60-minute ZOOM movement assessment, where I analyze your form, mobility, and current strength to create a plan that works best for you. If you’re working out at home, I’ll design a program that requires minimal equipment, such as dumbbells or kettlebells, so you can get started without a huge investment.

You’ll have ongoing communication with me through the app, where you can submit videos of your form and receive feedback and support to ensure you’re progressing safely and effectively. I'll be with you every step of the way, tweaking your program as you grow stronger.

Cost: $200/month (Minimum 3-month commitment)

Want to ramp up your fitness alongside your strength training? Join our LIVE virtual metabolic conditioning classes straight from the Be PowerFULL Gym in Massachusetts! These fast-paced, 30-minute sessions combine strength training, cardio sprints, and smart, safe weight training, ensuring a full-body workout that challenges your endurance and builds strength efficiently.

Each session is designed to pack a punch, with a focus on proper breathing, muscle burn, and intense cardio. Whether you're joining from home or traveling, you can get an incredible workout with minimal equipment—primarily dumbbells and cardio options.

Class Details:

  • Length: 30-minute sessions

  • Schedule: M/W/F 6-6:30am EST, Tu/Th 9:30-10am EST (If LIVE classes do not work for your schedule, recordings will be provided).

  • Equipment Needed: Dumbbells + optional cardio equipment for sprints
